• Monday–Thursday: 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:00pm, 5:45pm, 6:30pm
• Friday: 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am, 8:15am, 9:00am, 4:15pm, 5:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am, 7:45am, 8:30am
• Sunday: Closed
Most challengers attend 3–4 times per week.

 I’m out of shape. Can I still join?

Absolutely! Every exercise has modifications to match your fitness level. We welcome challengers of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced.

 What if I’ve never done Fit Body Boot Camp before?

Perfect. This challenge was designed for you.

 How many sessions can I attend per week?

Unlimited! We recommend attending 3–4 sessions per week to see the best results. But be warned, earning challenge attendance stars becomes addictive ;)

 What happens after the challenge?

After the 6 week challenge, you’ll have the option to continue with one of our membership options if you choose. There’s no obligation to continue.
